Main Function

Working together with Japan AMITC corporation, it has achieved AMITEC production license. It adopts imported conveyance motor and strap while the conveyance strap adopts fluctuating roller support. The discrepancy of the thickess can be conmpensated by fluctuating during the board sanding. Conveyance motor and sander both adopts Mitsubishi transducer to adjust the speed with steady function and symmetric panel sanding.

● To keep fixed grinding pressure because of the fluctuating system (there is a certain of discrepancy in the thickness of working pieces.)
Soft rubber roller can prevent the excessed grinding, appropriate to precise grinding for fine timber and coating surface.
To use the gas jar to support the upper soft rubber roller with strong elasticity.
To adopt eccentric setting style to make the adjustment of soft rubber roller very simple.
