Main Function

This machine is specially developed by technical department with many years' production experiences. It has been proved to be a new drying equipment with high efficiency and energy saving by many factories in wood industry, appropriate to drying and triming of revolving cutting core panels with good planeness and plentiful shrinkage. There is lever spring type synchronic closing structure installed symmetricllly in the hot press machine to make each layer of hot press board and core board connect or separate at the same time. The hot press boards have functions as fastly exhausting moisture and air. The machine adopts frame structure, upper oil-in jar with simple installation adjustment and low investment, and it takes saturation gas or guide deep fat as the hot carrier to heat the hot press board with high working efficiency and low energy wastage. The procedure of moisture exhaustion is auto controlled by electrics with simple operation and technics.
